For years, Purdue FIRST has put on an event called FIRST Forums. This is a day long conference style event where teams, mentors, coaches, etc. put on training and receive training. There are breakout sessions on a variety of topics that are mostly driven by what you say you want and what teams can provide.
While this is primarily FTC and FRC, we are willing to put on FLL sessions as well.
Non-Technical - judge preparation, mock judging, how to write a good Dean's List essay, what is "good" outreach?, preparing to submit for the Impact Award, writing and implementing a business plan, how to build a strong brand, recruit and retain mentors, recruit and retain students,
Technical - coding sessions, autonomous related coding, build basics, project management practices for robot build, transition from trial and error to CAD, electrical basics, and more!
